How Do We Book
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
We will provide bank details with your event quote.
Does This Include Set Up
Yes, all the pricing we give includes setting up your décor unless otherwise stated.
Does This Include Delivery
Delivery is free within a 15 mile radius. Delivery is charged at 50p per mile.
What About Breakages & Losses
We require a Refundable £50.00 damage/Loss Fee which will be shown in your event quote.
Damaged or lost will be charged at the replacement value.
When Do You Require Final Payment
Final payment is required 4 weeks prior to your event.
Your order can still be amended after this payment and adjusted accordingly.
